I drink entirely too much good beer

Here’s what I wrote for my BA review:
“I poured this into a pint glass expecting the average trend of incredible beers from Rogue, but this honestly poured and looked like any generic macro. I guess I didn’t know what to expect from a malt liquor, but it sure didn’t look very good. Big, white, foamy head with a see-through bright yellow body.

Smell wasn’t very impressive. Nothing stood out as it pretty much just smelled like average macro beer. The taste wasn’t any better. I’ll give it extra points for mouthfeel and drinkability though as it felt like a decent beer and it was really easy to drink. This is the only Rogue brew I can think of that I’d suggest is better to get drunk off of than to enjoy.”

I pretty much just bought this for the sheer novelty of ROGUE making a MALT LIQUOR. If I’m gonna try a malt liquor I might as well try one from Rogue, right? After trying this I’ve come to the conclusion that if you want to get messed up, buying expensive malt liquor isn’t the way to go. I’d say try it just to say you drank a Rogue malt liquor, but that’s about it. I don’t expect ever buying this again.
